Recently after a recent workshop with Adrian I have been considering my future options in what career I wish to pursue. From the research we did in the last workshop about future career prospects I discovered a range of jobs that I never knew existed. I am still in the mindset of work in the web development industry in the future, this would also mean I will be more likely to get a job home rather than in another country.
From the research done in class it is clear that a number of jobs in the media industry would require me to move further a field, with many jobs I looked into requiring me to move to the likes of London, Edinburgh, Liverpool and so on. At this moment in time I do not wish to move from home, however in the future I could very well change my mind if a certain job really appealed to me.
There was a particular job that stood out to me when in class, this was the role of a Sound Designer, this job would be within the film industry and I would be creating special effects in movies, such as car crashes and action packed scenes. However, as previously said this job would more than likely mean I would have to move from Northern Ireland.
